Our family's stay at the Grand Hotel Santa Ana was truly enjoyable. The warm and attentive front desk and restaurant staff made us feel right at home. We appreciated the delicious breakfast and the convenience of the kitchenette for preparing our own meals. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city, including the San Francisco Plaza Market and Plaza Rotary Market, where we indulged in local flavors and crafts.One of the highlights for us was bonding over friendly games of table tennis at the hotel. It provided a fun way for our family to unwind and create lasting memories together. The tour desk staff helped us plan exciting excursions to explore the city and its surroundings, adding an extra touch of adventure to our vacation. With excellent amenities like hot water, WiFi, and accommodating staff, our stay was truly memorable.
